- Developing Fullness Cues By Slowing Down Mealtimes & Eating With Our 5 senses
- Integrating Healthy Habits Into Daily Living
- Learning Life Skills Related To Health & Wellness
- Improved Financial Literacy (Applying Budgeting Skills On Calories & Planning Towards Spending On Groceries / Meals Out)
- Along With Options For Incorporating Movement & ExerciseOur individualized "Wholeness Plan" contains attainable goals and actionable steps that create accountability leading to measurable progress.
Sessions can be held on a regular basis (weekly or bimonthly) or I can develop an individualized program for a predetermined number of sessions.All programs include additional text check-ins to keep clients accountable and on track toward their goals.
